Issues installing wimlib for WoeUSB

so i'm trying to install woeusb, because i need a dual boot for complicated reasons

but wimlib has an issue installing

don't use "dnf" in Bazzite use rpm-ostree. So it wouild be rpm-ostree install woeusb assuming that's the name of the package

nope ok i tried woeusb-ng and it seems to be doing something
