You do not need to explain or prove anything as everything is checked internally from the game's side.

If your appeal has been rejected then that means your account will not be unbanned. That is the final decision.
February 10 at around 2 o'clock Georgian time I went to the link and someone hacked my account by twitter, And then when I tried to log in with my email, it wouldn't let me because it banned the account.
