Bonus pass membership rewards are not coming to my inventory

I bought a bonus pass, but it did not give the specified rewards, this is the first time I have such a question, I have it in the registration. I spent 850 uc but the helmet, bag and sks skin didn't come to me in my inventory.

Solution:

If you have reached level 15, the upcoming rewards such as the SKS skin, helmet, backpack etc. can be claimed once you level up your BP, either with missions or leveling up with UC.
