I bought some uc but I got a message saying I owe PUBG money which I don’t and I didn’t receive my uc

If you bought uc in past but charge back/canceled the payment pubg will put u in uc debt. For more specifics on ur purchase history maybe real mods can help ;3 or put in a ticket in for customer service, they might be even more helpful as they can access that info I beliece
