High ping in both valorant and LOL(SG/HK server/unifi)
I am form East Malaysia and using unifi, usually my ping is around 40 in SG and 60 in HK server for many years, last year it goes up to +10ping but it's still doable, and later I think Riot fix it? My ping goes down to the lowest like 29 in SG and 40 in HK, but now in year 2025, it's getting worst and now I'm 65 in SG and 95 in HK, wtf??

yes, it's, it is not as high as 90-100ping now but still in between 75-85..sometime ping spike will go up to 90-100, my stable ping in HK will be only 60
As for singapore server, it didnt go down to as low as 40 like my usual ping, but still playable on 60 @Kenji-San
Also I already attach pingpotter result (as riot tech suggest) to them, but it's almost 1 month, I don't know if they have any progress or not, emailing them 1 day ago, haven't got a reply yet

Update from my isp, they say they already take necessary actions by changing my ip to public... but I don't think this fix anything, had restart my router and stuff, but my valorant ping still high in both SG/HK server
Edit: my singapore is ??? ping now...

so you are getting 45ms to singapore, that should be your real ping to be honest. are you on wifi ?
Yes but I'm always using wifi for years, I didnt change my router or move my setup, but the ping are just suddenly high like this...is this only because I'm using wifi?
I will check the ping with my friends using ethenet tomorrow and update again
try rebooting your router as well, sometimes that helps when using wifi, routing is fine with Telekom Malaysia

And Singapore ping is not the real problem, HongKong server is, I am getting 80-90ping from HK server, normally it will only around 50-60
Maybe there's something to do with East Malaysia Telekom instead of Singapore, what can I do and tell them to help me resolve this? They only change my ip to public and mark my problem being resolved..
Also, I checked with my friends using ethernet and playing in Singapore server, they are getting high average ping and network problem icon on top right while playing, and is not stable too, sometimes it just jump between 40-80 in SG server

Well if you think about it, HK is far up north and a good distance too, so you always going to be having bigger ping in HK than in SG, was there a time you had lower than 90? Let me know when roughly
It's always 60ping and stable on HK server when I start plaaying valorant 3-4years ago, and I remember from year 2023 around Nov, the ping suddenly become weird and high with 80ping, but sometimes it will go back to 60, last year starting October, they seems to fix it and I can get as low as only 50ping on HK, but starting 2025 FEB, the ping goes up to 90-100 again..and it's happening everyday
Some of my friends from West Malaysia have 40ping on HK, and me who live in East Malaysia can get 60ping on HK before issues happened, so it's really not distance problem, the problem seems to effect only on East Malaysia, which I told you some of my friends who using ethernet also getting network problem/average high ping icon while playing
So I'm asking is there anything I can tell my isp to fix this? Cause they only change my IP to public and marked my problem being resolve
@Kenji-San Please help me I have packet loss 1-2% all the time, my ping is stable 20ms in Singapore server. I use Unifi Malaysia ISP
Small update: Problem solved this week without me doing future contact with riot or ISP, the ping just go back to 30 on SG and 55 on HK
