Can't install anything with rpm-ostree because terra-extras repo cannot be reached
Any rpm-ostree install command fails with timeout because it can't fetch metadata from repos.fyralabs.com
Any way to skip or bypass this when installing an rpm?
The other repos updated fine so it's not an issue with my internet.

Appears to be working now. I think the server wasn't returning the key.asc for a bit, but it seems to be back now.

I'm also getting this as well. It also doesn't work when using a vpn, so I know it's not my local isp or dns.
Good point. I can also confirm it doesn't work with my fibre internet, my VPN, or with my 5G internet.

Can't test now but I'll take your word for it 🙂
Confirmed working.
Hey Sorry to re-open an old thread but I'm getting the same issue on 3/4/25. Is there a long-term solution?
yes, they are experiencing an outage that is out of their hands, you wait for their server provider to fix the servers
Good to know! Glad it isn't something on my end and hopefully they'll be able to get everything back to normal
repos going down is normal for any system. worst case look at it as a no update/install day
and be glad that it doesnt try to half update your system like some other linux systems would :clueless:
@HikariKnight Wouldn’t it be preferable to be able to manually bypass updating that repo especially when you’re trying to install something that has nothing to do with that repo?
disable the repo, try update something, it relies on something we have installed from terra, install fails
and then you forget to enable the repo afterwards and now you might break all rpm-ostree installs going forward :clueless:
@JC @CGSaw terra should be up now, if it isnt it should be up soon
thanks for the heads up!
