There is no longer a leaderboard that lists who is supposed to receive rewards.
Until a new process is set up later, please keep your in-game inbox as the indicator of whether or not you were supposed to receive rewards....

I guess it’s random
January community rewards were sent on February 12th. If you did not receive any UC in your mailbox then that means you were not supposed to receive rewards.
