Velocity help
So I used to have a server on pufferfish hosting before and after I switched to a new host, we migrated the servers and all files but proxy stopped working. I changed the ips and ports to the new ones but it keeps returning this error whenever I try to join and there's no error on the hub server.

this is the error on the proxy console
heres my velocity.toml
wtf type of velocity.toml is this. why is it so much larger vs default..?
be sure the server you are trying to connect to is allowing connections or logging them at the least.
also what host did you swap to?
using velocity ctd
interesting
I can log on the server after disabling velocity
with velocity enabled. is the backend acknowledging a connection being made?
theres no logs of it on the console
something can be botched with the server ips you listed
double check it’s 100% right
theyre right yeah
hmm
host?
https://www.trident.services/ one of our new owners got us the servers
Trident Services
First impressions are everything.
i assume these are Dedicated servers and not host panels?
yes
are you using pterodactyl as ur server panel?
yes
if so swap the ips of ur backends to 127.0.0.1 ips and use pterodactyls Server Ids as connections
ptero is weird asf and won’t work without that for gelocity
maybe thats the reason waterfall worked
maybe

like this

@Tamz
not sure but don’t think so
Mind accepting my friend request so I can add you to the gc just so if he needs any help?
All good if you can't
could just bring them here instead
but sure ig
uh
https://pterodactyl.io/community/games/minecraft.html#firewalls this would be your issue
