Realtime Analysis not working
My Vcore 4 400 IDEX is next to finished. I already ran the Input shaper graphs, and have quite a lot of Resonances.
At the Moment I'd really love to find where those are coming from.
For that it would be really helpful to be able to use the realtime analysis tool. As while running the Graphs, I could hear some stuff rattling, and would love to find the source of that.
When i try to open the tool, I alway get an unexpected error. All my Firmware is up to date.
Does anyone know where this could be coming from?

thanks a lot! I've just got it working. I updated some packages and the error didn't come back. But I then realised, that i could't select T0 and T1 as Inputs for the Realtime analysis. I think something with my config was off, as the configurator suddenly showed two copies of T0 instead of T0 and T1. So i reconfigured everything, and manually updated the printer.cfg with my updates. Now everything seems to work the way it should.
Thanks for your help!...

Looking through, I couldn't find any errors in klippy.log or moonraker.log, and this is all I saw in mainsail-error.log:
Not sure what that means, hopefully one of the other helpers has an idea.
Thanks a lot for checking anyways!:)
Hello, I still have this problem unfortunately... In just ran RatOS Doctor which unfortunately didn't help. What would be the next steps here? Backing up my printer.cfg and reinstalling the whole RatOS?
Try this, line by line:
ssh to the machine
cd printer_data/config/RatOS
git fetch origin
git checkout -b v2.1.x origin/v2.1.x
sudo ./scripts/ratos-update.sh
cd ~/ratos-configurator
git fetch origin
git checkout -b v2.1.x-deployment origin/v2.1.x-deployment
sudo ./scripts/update.sh
sudo systemctl restart ratos-configurator
sudo systemctl restart klipper
sudo systemctl restart moonraker
