DH stops working when I change setting / reload server / TP in server [2/12/2025 1.21.1 NIGHTLY]
Title is self explanatory. I have to fully restart my game to get DH working again. On an Intel A750 system, plenty of RAM (32GB).

I think this happens with me too
After a server crash, When i rejoin the lods do not start loading
If we use debug, we can see they are loading in background
But they don't show

Haven't done that debug step before
next time it happens I'll do that
which setting to show that?

Also I've turned up Max Transfer Speed to like 3,000kbs

Your title doesn't say what setting you changed.
Any setting that would cause DH chunks to reload, IE quality
