is it possible to be an employee, staff, investigator or an mod in the pubg community? in both the server or the game would be fine, i'm fine with any. just asking out of curiosity

You cannot become a Tencent employee. You also cannot apply to become a moderator. Moderators of this Discord server are selected at Tencent's discretion. If Tencent believes that you have proven to be a benefit to community, you may become a moderator. General traits are reliability, honesty, and the ability to uphold community guidelines.
You can become an Investigator in-game. You need to fulfill the requirements outlined in the image below to be able to apply to become an investigator for the in-game security center.
