Matchmaking duration depends on how many players are currently playing on the specific game mode, map, team mode, perspective, server and platform. If you are unable to find a match, try switching to a different map or team mode.

The error was that i was using bluestacks
When i switched to gameloop it worked
Hate that bluestacks and gameloop cant play together
