super chainsaw mod wont appear

No. Super Chainsaw is disabled there (greyed out). I realise I explained that backwards above because the UI is somewhat backwards, and I completely overthought it to compensate.

It isn't enabled. Though I realise the screenshot you showed did have it enabled. Try disabling it, then re-enabling it.

I think you might have got the icons in SMM backwards. It shows the pause icon for mods that are enabled (ie: clicking that button will disable it), and the play icon for disabled mods (ie: clicking that button will enable it). The last action in that log for SuperChainsaw is you manually disabling it.

In fairness, I missed it at first too, even despite knowing better. The UI combines button actions and button states into the same indicator, which leads to... confusion.
