Why is the bot not doing anything even if the required amount of emotes is reached?

Now everybody sees the reactions but I don't- For some reason.
But the bot is still not sending anything
Can you run utils info on one of the messages and send the output
How do I do that
So it has 5 reactions so it should be 5/4 and in the other starboard it should be 0/4 since it has 0 reactions
What happens if you run utils recount on it
Now it works I think
I'll make another post if there's any problems
