users being targeted with downvotes

some users in my server are being targeted with downvotes, meaning users are reacting with a downvote and then removing it, which changes their xp by -1 even after it's removed. is there a way to disable the /stats or /leaderboard commands or fix this xp glitch...

Solution:

You can disable the commands in discord settings. Try searching online how to disable specific slash commands

Starboard Stopped Working

starboard is no longer working for my server. it should be set to one star and the message that should be starred has two stars but it won't add it to the starboard.

Starboard not working idk why

Is there a way so that when something reaches the starboard it notifies the chat?

Where say its in general and its scroll up, that when it hits X amount of stars the starboard bot will say in the chat it was in that it reached the starboard.

2 starboards (sfw/nsfw) - can't exclude one nsfw

I set up the star board to post images with reaction nr. 1 into the sfw starboard and images with reaction nr. 2 into the nsfw starboard. It works fine with the first nsfw channel, but I can react to images in the second nsfw channel with emoji 1 and have them posted in the sfw starboard channel. Is there a way to sort /leaderboard by a specific starboard?

I have a starboard thats for good and one thats for bad but the /leaderboard counts all emojis as points, is there a way to sort by just one type of starboard and if not can i ask for this to be a thing

Exclude 18+ channels from the starboard

What I want to do is exactly what the title says: I want the bot to not work if 5 idiots try to starboard a post from the 18+ channel. - I have a general starboard meant for non-18+ channels. - Ofc the 18+ channel needs a role that we made....

Solution:

this is default behaviour - messages from age-restricted channels won't be posted to starboard channels that aren't also marked as age-restricted

creating specific starboards for specific channels

So I tried to follow the "channel-based overrides" to make posts in certain channels only go to one starboard. ie. I have an english starboard and a maths starboard. I want to make all the posts from the channels in the maths channel (under their own override) to go into the maths starboard but not the english one however, it doesn't seem to let me do this? Despite setting an "English" override with all the english channels and a "Maths" override with all the maths channels, a post from the maths channel that gets pinned, also gets pinned in the english. ...

Removing an Emoji

When I first installed the Starboard, I made it possible to use both the star and a custom server emoji. Now I want to remove the server emoji and just have the star, but no matter what I do it still registers it as having that server emoji even though it shows that it just uses the star

Starboard not working

I gave it all the permissions (view channel, read history, etc.), but it won't put messages on the board even though the messages have received the needed stars, and when I try to run /utils info it just says it can't find the messages, and when I try to run /utils force it says it doesn't have access to the channel even though it does!

How do I make my Starboard appear with the message contents?

hi! sorry if this is a simple question, but i'm having trouble figuring out how even after using the docs page. i was wondering how i could make the starboard show the message content (for example, if somebody writes something funny) instead of just linking to the message itself without any content. apologies if this has already been covered.

starboard for a channel is not working? i’m not sure what the problem is

2 Seperate Star Boards With 2 differrent emojis.

I'm trying to make a suggestions starboard with a ⭐ emoji and a bug reports with a ✅ emoji. I have setup the Suggestions board to work and it sends it's info to a developer suggestions channel. What I want to know is how do I setup another one to my bug reports channel which then send these messages too a Bug-reports-board channel which i have created.

Credits not applied after subscribing to Premium

I disconnected my discord from patreon and reconnected it with no change. My patreon account is through Google, not sure if that makes a difference or why it would. ...

Starboard information when not staff

Hello! Is there a way to query the settings for a starboard on a server without being staff on that server? I'm wondering what emote is leading to messages being added to the starboard, as it seems to not be ⭐, and I cant figure out what other emote it is (or how many it takes). /starboards info does not appear to be available without staff permissions.

how do I delete a museum message

I deleted a starboard message in museum (it was merely a comment but someone reacted to it with one of our chosen reactions) and Starboard resent it. Is there a way to remove it from the museum without Starboard resending it?

Easiest way to assign premium to self?

I set up this bot using the dockerfile, and was wondering if there's an easy way to assign my own server(s) premium without digging in to the code to change values. I'm not very familiar with docker or rust, so changing the code would be a bit of a challenge for me 😅
