Hi @Daniel. I'm kapa.ai, your friendly support bot. I will try to answer your question by searching through the knowledge base.

Based on the knowledge sources provided, there have been discussions and some interest in using Capacitor to create mobile versions of Wasp applications, including OpenSaaS, but it hasn't been officially implemented or fully tested yet. Here's what we know:
1. A community member mentioned planning to experiment with wrapping the generated client SPA with Capacitor to see if it would work as a mobile app. This was noted in a GitHub issue comment Support for multiple clients.
2. The Wasp team acknowledged this as an interesting approach and expressed willingness to offer advice, although they mentioned it would likely be hacky at this stage. They also suggested that such experiments could inspire future upgrades to Wasp to support mobile app development either directly or indirectly.
3. There's an open GitHub issue specifically about supporting mobile (smartphone) client app production in Wasp Have Wasp support producing mobile (smartphone) client app. While this issue doesn't specifically mention Capacitor, it does discuss the potential for using react-native and expo for mobile app development.
It's important to note that as of now, there's no official support or documented success in using Capacitor with OpenSaaS or Wasp applications for quick Android/iOS app generation. The idea has been proposed and discussed, but it remains an experimental approach that would require further development and testing.
If you're interested in pursuing this approach, you might want to join the discussion in the GitHub issues or the Wasp Discord community to share your experiences or collaborate with others who are interested in mobile app development with Wasp.

Sorry @Daniel, I seem to be having a bit of trouble. Don't worry though, I've pinged my support and they will try to fix me up! :technologist:
Perhaps try again in 15mins?
Anybody?
I don’t think this is possible
At least I don’t know if anyone who has tried it before. If you do give it a go, let us know how it goes.
