dear pubg mobile team i don't know how but my main account got 10 years banned id code - 52249529736 . but i not used any hack or any type of this check my id im fair player i am starting play pubg mobile 2 week ago please check my id and help me only give me 1 change please.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form....
