I can't log into my pubg mobile account

Dear PUBG mobile officials, I lost the facebook login of my 579292433 idli account, I lost the tel no registered password reset, I say reset password, the code does not come to the phone, but it is obviously connected, there are 7 level clan leadership, mascara m416, mascara bag, these are valuable things, I do not want to lose this clan and account.
