How to check ban record of an account?
Is there any way to know if an account ever got banned? The account not currently banned but I want to know if it got banned in the past

You can check the effective penalty records of the past year for your account through the main menu of the game by selecting Security Center from the bottom right and selecting Penalty.

But bro how to know if account had banned history? Before account with banned history cant participate in all talent champions and now theres no all talen champion so what can be do now?
