Is there a way I can export the overlay I made on overlay export to then use on OBS?
I've made a overlay a couple months ago to stream on my playstation but recently switched to PC and I've been meaning to use the overlay I made on overlay expert to use on OBS but can't figure out how to export it.

You can find the browser source URL at the top of the Overlay settings drawer and use that in an OBS browser source.
@aixa
Thanks, but when I put it through it shows up invisible.
Invisible? If you try another URL like google.com, does it work?
Yeah, I've tried it and it won't show up. It's strange.
So no URLs work?
Nope.
it just won't show at all
That's not your browser source URL
@aixa your browser source URL is right under Overlay settings near the top right of the builder

thats what I selected
Yes, but in OBS you used the builder URL from your browser's address bar
@aixa the browser source URL should look like
https://overlay.expert/stream/abc123
oh what, yeah you're right
I recall selecting the browser source url
it won't show up still though
Yeah I had a feeling it wouldn't work because the builder URL should have worked too
Let me look into it
@aixa, but you said google.com didn't work either right?
hold on, im using opera, let me try using google
Use Google?
So it's working for me in my OBS ...

Under Sources, is the source hidden?
no its visible
i used google, still won't work
What do you mean "used google"?
i used that browser instead for the link
Oh that doesn't matter
ah okay
but yeah, it still won't appear
OBS comes with Chrome built-in and uses that to show browser sources
do you think I could send you the overlay link and see if it works on your side?
... but if no URL works, something is wrong with your OBS
Sure
oh it was blocked
Yes we block and log it for security, but I got it
alright
... and it works
huh
that's so weird
But you said no URL works, not even google.com
yep, so I should try reinstalling?
Yeah maybe try re-installing
alright, ill update u on if it works
thanks a lot for the help
I will see if this is a known issue with OBS
@aixa try going into your OBS settings > Advanced > under sources, uncheck "Enable Browser Source Hardware Acceleration"
it works! reinstalling was the trick, thanks again :)
