So I am making an event reservation website using ASP.NET core MVC + API, and I have some questions about the logic, mainly the business logic (application layer in onion architecture) and i would appreciate any help.

I am mainly focusing on the back-end and im using a template i found from internet for the frontend. I am having difficulties creating the logic for DTOs, automappers, etc. And i feel like i need some guidance, if anyone is up for help id really appreciate it

how do i implement the seating arrangement in the easiest way possible?
like how do i write this in the backend for example?
u can mark the seat as taken e.g via bool
