DH LOD data downloaded from fully genned server yet lots of holes still.

I've pre-genned 625 chunks on my server using /dh pregen and I downloaded the sqlite file off of the server, and put it in my distant horizons server data folder on my computer. When I join the server, I can pretty quickly see to the edges of my dh chunk distance setting but there are still some pretty large holes in my LOD chunks. I was wondering if this was a known issue or something I've done wrong. Both the server and client are running the latest nightly build of dh.
