Hi I am noob and want to run my minecraft with iris+Bliss+DH And i wanted to know if its possible to make it work through curseforge

yes, just make a profile on curseforge running Fabric or NeoForge then install Iris and Distant Horizons as mods through curseforge's "add more content" menu
for Bliss, download the in-dev version from https://github.com/X0nk/Bliss-Shader/archive/refs/heads/main.zip and drag it into the shader packs menu in-game. If you need DH for 1.21.4 they have nightly builds in their discord
What minecraft version do i select when i create my profile?
whichever one you want, as long as it's not 1.20.2 or older than 1.20.1
oh and if you need the nightly build, the jar file is inside the zip. It goes in the mods folder. To get to the mods folder click the three dots in your modpack and click "open folder"
