For non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim....

Please this apeeals status for 10 years only or it valid for 2 months?
A permanent suspension refers to a 10 year ban. For 2 month suspension, you will need to be patient, or you can try to appeal by logging into your account and selecting "File a Claim" in-game.
I got this messgae when I submit a claim, it there any solution for that
