High ping spikes and inconsistency
Hello, I have encountered disgusting ping spikes over two years since the release of ISO.
What I have tried:
-Configured Firewall ( opening ports and allow specific filepaths suggested by riot support)
-Updated network drivers and rollback to previous versions
-Updated latest bios and tried other versions aswell
-Clean boot
-Exitlag ( issue still persists but slightly worse)
-sfc /scannow , DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth, DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
-Tweaked registry for network configurations, but eventually I did a clean install of windows after seeing no results
-Tried Wifi
-ISP also assigned a new IP for me, but nothing changed
-ISP tech also took a visit, signal is clean from the cable.
I'm simply lost at this point, it's been a constant back and forth with riot support and my ISP. Hopefully someone here had the same in the past and had it resolved

Yo @A I need to know who is your ISP and which server are you playing on usually, also describe ping spikes, does this mean you have this problem for past 2 years ?
Srry for necroing, but what would you call the phenomenon where you ping oscillates sometimes (like 60 to 120 to 60 to 120 in a short time for around 3 seconds) then proceeds to sit at a stable 60 till the next time it happens?
