Subscription active but I cannot access my profile from Account Management
I have activated monthly subscription but I cannot access my profile from Account Management to make it private.
There is an email account linked to Battlemetrics, rather than the Steam profile linked.

Solved. I had one BM account linked to the email, and the second BM account linked to the steam profile. I had to activate subscription for the second account (linked to Steam profile) and ask for a refund on the first activated subscription. Disappointed the site does not allow to merge the 2 accounts, when you have access to both.

Seems I found the issue, my email and steam are on different battlemetrics accounts.

Solved. I had one BM account linked to the email, and the second BM account linked to the steam profile. I had to activate subscription for the second account (linked to Steam profile) and ask for a refund on the first activated subscription. Disappointed the site does not allow to merge the 2 accounts, when you have access to both.
You can have 1 account with both.
But you need to delete 1x profile, then in account management you can add the other login method (email/steam)
