If you are not able to access your account because it is hacked or compromised, please reach out to the customer service through the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the right side of the screen. You can submit an account recovery request through there.
If your claim is rejected, you can submit an account recovery request through the community support form....

PUBG Mobile responded to the email I sent to PUBG that you have not taken any action to recover the account through the game, even though I have sent them several emails so far.
Have you used account recovery tool Ingame ?
