Cannot play crossplay

Hello, i just wanted to play with my gf and it doesnt work. In chat it shows joined and imidiatly after that it shows that she left. We are playing 1.0. Im hosting on Epic and she has Satisfactory on steam she has the account connected and she can join me trough epic but as i said it joins her and doesnt even load her just disconnects her. Could anyone please help. Thanks

We need more information to help you. Before launching the game again, open the Mod Manager and use the "Generate debug info" option, then send the zip file produced in #help-using-mods. This ensures that your help request won't get buried and forgotten in other, non-help channels! Sorry, that's my fault, I was a bit too brief. I'm more summarising the errors in the log I've found for the folk here who have more experience dealing with MP issues on Epic (I don't use EGS at all).

But to explain quickly, an HTTP 403 error is, essentially, an "access denied" error. For some reason, and it looks like perhaps something invalid was sent, EGS was actively denying that matchmaking request.

Like I said, I don't have enough experience with Epic MP issues to answer that. I'm having a look through the log to see if anything else jumps out at me though. It's also entirely possible that EGS was just having issues themselves. I do not exactly expect high standards from them.
