I can't upgrade plan for 1 of my domains
Hi! I can't upgrade plan for 1 of my domains.
When I choose Pro plan and hit Purchase button I always get "Refer to https://cfl.re/3VUQyyL for assistance. The zone cannot be upgraded at this time."
I've trying to get help from support for 2 weeks. My last request #01373548. Support answered with automated letter (where is link to abuse report form (dunno why))
7 domains of account are OK. And only this 1 domain has status "Finish setup"

dont ping community members, a ticket was the right choice and if they say its related to abuse then you can contact
[email protected] or reply to the ticket asking for clarificationI did reply the ticket but there is no answer.
And no they didn't say its related to abuse - it was an automated response. I wrote about it here.
Well I'm just a community member so I don't know what was on the ticket and can only go by what you said, if you were happy sharing the response here then I might have more ideas

How fascinating, yeah that's some automation gone wild but when you reply it should send it to the actual support team
Did you cancel a purchase before?
I had Pro plan on other domains. Then them was changed to Free without my actions. I've never canceled purchases.
Maybe that's the isssue, stay in contact via tickets
