I had linked my account to my email
But my email was hacked And I made many attempts to recover my email But the recovery methods have been changed by the hacker
Then the hacker got into my pubg account and I couldn't get into my account anymore
In the first stage I tried to file a complaint through the in-game recovery tool to recover my account
But because that person had logged into my account and the system had detected suspicious activity in my account, it did not allow me to submit my claim.
And I was facing the error 30400044
While I was playing with my old device, which is Xiaomi Redmi Note 11S, and I was logging in with this device for several years, I tried to register my complaint, but my device was not approved.

Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a recovery request through community support form.
