Acces restricted due to market purchase abuse.
I was in a classic ranked match, then it shows a pop up notification that is says “error occured” or smth like this. Then it got me to the log in interface, there it says: “Acces restricted due to market purchase abuse” my id, end time:10 years and file claim. I don t even know if this is a ban or which type of ban. Please help!!!

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form....

It says for ten years so idk, anyway i did nothing wrong. It must be a mistake
Ten years mean permanent, @mortixx11. You can appeal it through the community support form mentioned above.
