V-Core 4 500 Shutdown, will not boot
Printer has been working great the past month. I was just starting a print, when I got 4 red errors in a row in the console(Didn't get a chance to screengrab them), and the printer shutdown.
I tried to re-connect in klipper, and saw I had no connection to RatOS at all.
I unplugged the machine and plugged it back in to restart it, but the wifi never came back, and the fans never ramped down from 100%.
I wondered if my Pi wasn't booting correctly. Plugged the Pi SD card into my Windows machine, and it crashes Explorer as soon as I try to view it at all.
I figure at this point I probably have a corrupted SD card, so I tried loading RatOS onto a new card and plugging it in, but I have the same issue, the Pi does not broadcast a network for setup.
What are the chances I'm looking at a dead Pi? I tried to check the Green LED status lights for diagnosis, but currently the Pi gives no blinks at all on the Green LED regardless of the SD card used, unplugged etc. The red Power light is the only one working.
I'm trying to put RasberryOS on the Pi just to see if it will function with stock firmware currently, but it takes a while to write. I'll update this thread as I try things, but hoping to see if I may have missed something easy/common.
EDIT: Putting Raspberry OS onto the Pi got nothing. No green light, no video output, no signs of booting at all. I'm going to try putting the RatOS onto my Pi5 from my car and see if it will let me boot up.

From your description it does sound like the pi died, be warned that ratos won't work on a pi5. Different base OS (bookworm vs i-cant-remember)
Alright, I have a dead Pi and a Corrupted SD card.
The new Pi and New Card are up and running, but I of course lost all my settings, history, configs, etc.
I was able to use some recovery software and access the Rootfs for the dead card.
My new question is: What config files or other files would be the important ones to back-up and transfer to the new card? I'm thinking Printer.cfg is one of the big ones, but what else?
Maybe crowsnest if you had a weird camera setup
