Pubgm conqueror rank fail
Hello. Can someone help me? Based on my score, I should be among the Top 100 people on the europa server, but I haven't gotten the Conqueror rank for about 5 days. Why is this?

This may occurs due to any account abnormalities, in a result of a frozen rank, you will be ranked again after the investigation is over.

It resets every 24h so i sure you’ll be conquerer tier by tmr
Really? Read it again, it's the 5th day that I'm in the Top500 and the fifth day I didn't get the Conqueror

But don't you understand? Even then I don't get the Conqueror, because it says Unranked on the rank, even though I'm in the top 100.
Don't listen to that guy your account is under investigation that's why you're unranked
What happened is alot of people reported you so pubg is investigating your account to see if you're hacking
When their investigation is over you'll get your rank
For now you'll have to keep ranking to maintain your top 500 spot

But everyone else got the rank, but not me.
That means your account is still under investigation.
