@AdrianP what are these? i've never used them, what do they do? and...they don't do anything on my machine

If GeoJSON can add a layer e.g. speed or prohibition areas, that would be interesting.
Some time ago I tried to convert GeoPackage files from Väylä to maps (https://suomenvaylat.vayla.fi/theme/3/345072/6788850/1112/?lang=en), but gpkg to geojson sounds simpler.

These are documented in the help.... Load GPX reads in waypoints, routes from the file and creates Signal K resources.
Maybe it would be better labelled "Import GPX"
Load GeoJSON as per the help documentation "Freeboard can import GeoJSON features contained in a FeatureCollection as Signal K Route, Waypoint, Note, Region resources"

since there's Export under the Resources button maybe these could be moved there, under a single
Import option? Load... items are now kinda disconnected from the resources...but they don't do anything, not in my local dev setup nor at demo.signalk.org with or without authentication
