Inactive leader
My clan leader has been inactive on dc and ingame, but there is this thing that says active members can apply, how do i do that?

If a clan leader does not log into the game for 30 days, an active clan member can apply to become an acting leader. If a co-leader does not log into the game for 30 days, management privileges will be transferred to another player.
Acting leader is someone who acts as a leader (but does not own the clan). If the previous leader becomes active again, that leader will replace the acting leader.
You cannot become the clan leader unless the clan leader appoints you as one....
