Non Binary+Trans Shopping in NYC

Hello tiny good dressers who live in my phone. As some of you may know, I (a trans man) am getting my first real award since elementary school for achievements in running. The awards night is at the end of the month. I'm working on an outfit that is queer/expressive and somewhat glam or at the very least clean looking. I'm planning on going to Nepenthes for myself because EG fits my body pretty well. I currently have some wide wool pleated trousers picked out and my natty CXL Indy boots. I'm thinking about a shirt with a collar pin/chain(?) and the EG zip jacket. Not sure what is out there for my build (5'5 170lbs, carry weight on my stomach/harrow shoulders). I have a friend who will be part of the awards night and is non binary. They are very fem, lean/muscular and tall. I think they would like a lot of the stuff at Dover Street Market. I'm looking to help them have a gender affirming shopping experience. This could mean things like "women's clothes" that are made for somebody who is over 6 foot, skirts with pockets, shiny things. What other places may have a similar vibe to what I'm describing in NYC?

Thanks, it's for doing a lot of running last year. I think for races the total milage was over 150 miles last year. And between races and training I ran about 500 miles.
