Hello! Season rewards from the current season are sent at the start of the next season.
For example, if you reach Ace in Season 1 you will receive the season rewards for reaching ace at the start of Season 2.
You need to change the entry emote type to "Tier" from Main Menu Display Settings in order to be able to use it....

I think you were platinum last season so you wont get any crown tier above rewards
