How to redeem the dragon fighter outfit from the spring festival card event? I already redeemed all the rewards, and collected an additional 25 basic card.

Go to shop the first event is the dragon fighter you can then redeem it with red festival cards

Sorry I already figured it out. I needed 2 sets of rare elemental cards.

You just need 1 set after claiming all basic rewards.
