30 day ban

Hi, My account (5373528225) has been banned for 30 days by PUBG Mobile. They have banned me because Ipurchased UC from illegal website but I did not do this - I purchased UC from Midasbuy which I thought was authorised and partnered with Tencent. Could you please help me understand what is going on and when the ban will be removed from my account? Here is the message I receive when I try to login: “You account has been banned for 30 days due to the outstanding amount of UC owed. The system has detected refunds or illegal transactions on your account and deducted the corresponding amount of UC from it. If your UC balance is insufficient, this will result in a UC deficit. As soon as more UC is purchased, it will continue to be deducted until the amount owed is cleared. Please promptly settle the amount owed to regain access to your account.” There is also a “file a claim” button under this message however when I click it I am taken to a page where it says “0 penalty found for this account”. "How much amount i need to refund? And also tell me when it will be unban? And which problems can i phase after getting unban? Still can i play Ranked Matches"
