Hi- Facebook / Mobile secondary Question
Hello! I’ve been playing for a very long time and my account is logged in through Facebook with a secondary phone number login. Unfortunately, I had to change my phone number and no longer have access to it, but seem to have issues when I make a claim to recover my account.
I hate to lose all the stuff I’ve purchased over the last five plus years. Has anyone had any luck with this? It asks for secondary verification backup code but I have no idea what that is. I really want my account back 😦

If you are not able to access your account because you no longer have access to the phone number, please reach out to the customer service through the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the right side of the screen. You can submit an account recovery request through there. Please keep in mind that you will either need to know the UID or the current username of your account to be able to submit a recovery request.
If your claim is rejected, you can submit an account recovery request through the community support form....
