Screw stuck in standoff
I was installing the top screw that goes on top of the cover for the nice view and into the standoff and at some point it stopped screwing into it. I don’t know if I screwed it in wrong but I’m trying to get it out to rescrew it but I can’t seem to get it out. Anyone know how to take this out or a get a replacement standoff?

If the screw is stuck in the standoff, here are a few steps you can try to remove it:
1. Use Pliers: If the screw head is protruding enough, you can use pliers to grip the screw and gently twist it counterclockwise to unscrew it.
2. Apply Lubrication: If the screw is really stuck, applying a small amount of penetrating oil (like WD-40) around the screw can help loosen it. Let it sit for a few minutes before trying to unscrew it again.
3. Use a Screw Extractor: If the screw head is stripped or damaged, you might need a screw extractor. This tool is designed to grip and remove stuck screws.
4. Drill It Out: As a last resort, you can carefully drill out the screw. Use a drill bit slightly smaller than the screw shaft and drill straight down. Be cautious not to damage the standoff or surrounding components.
If you need a replacement standoff, you can check our store for parts. If you have any further questions or need more assistance, feel free to ask!
Seems like the store only sells the standoffs as part of a kit with the cover. Anyone know of a cheaper faster solution to get a replacement standoff? I also unfortunately don’t have pliers or lubricant
I managed to get it off the screw. I think the standoff is just faulty. If I try to screw in any screw to any other standoff they are fine but for this one standoff, it has a side that won’t let any screw in
