My name is Sajjad Hossain Jony, and I am reaching out regarding an issue with my PUBG Mobile account, which has been temporarily frozen or banned due to "abnormalities in the emulator" as indicated in the notification I received. Account Details: ID Name: ACID・JONY ID Code: 5156227337 Account Age: Active since 2019 (7 years of dedicated gameplay) Rank: Investigation Corporal I have always played PUBG Mobile with integrity, adhering to fair play principles, and have never engaged in any form of cheating. I use Gameloop with its recommended settings to play the game and occasionally rely on a VPN (such as WARP or DNS) to access PUBG Mobile, as the game is officially banned in Bangladesh. This setup has been consistent for years without any prior issues. Recently, however, my account was suddenly banned, and I am unable to determine the cause. I have double-checked my emulator settings and ensured both Gameloop and PUBG Mobile were updated at the time of the incident. Additionally, the in-game customer support file claim system shows a "Network error," which has prevented me from addressing this matter directly in-game. I have also emailed [email protected] but have not yet received assistance. Given my long-standing dedication to PUBG Mobile, as well as my investment of time and money (including RP and UC), this issue is deeply disheartening. I kindly request your team to investigate this matter thoroughly. I am confident that no violations have been made on my part, and I am eager to return to the game. For non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim. And if your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support....

I contacted Gameloop on discord they said it pubg mobile fault and they should solve the issue ! No one respond on emails- file claims not work- unfair ban- hacker playing good and non hackers got bans. It is a joke ! we cant get a help from pubg mobile. !! After all these years of pubg mobile we cant get a good service till now And also I dont have any vpn pubg mobile is working well in egypt. So the ban and the plenty is unfair. We should never got a ban
