It shows that the title is permanent on the leaderboard information page but it’s time limited will it be permanent if stayed on leaderboard after season ?

The title is for 7 days if you remain in the top 10 till sunday you will get it again on monday.
What about after the season does the leaderboard refresh weekly ?
If you stay on the leaderboard till the season end you will get a permanent title
