Probe Samples Exceed Tolerance
While running the beacon calibrate macro, I get samples exceed tolerance and cannot continue. Where should I start with debugging?

Anything that can affect z-height should be checked. Clean nozzle, beacon square and well held, grub screws on z motors
I checked everything and am repeating. Seems like the measurements are drifting a bit. Wondering if the nozzle temp is still settling and the metal expanding a bit
That could be. I get something similar. Just keep trying the z-tilt and it'll just work eventually. Haven't cared enough to dig into it further
Yeah I’ll give it a shot. Only other thing from the list you gave would be some not so straight z screws. I bought this used and it’s on my list of things to fix but hoped it wouldn’t be a big deal
I would think the bent lead screw would be consistent at least and would just cause print issues but maybe thats misunderstood
ok i guess i was just being dumb
brute force tried it 5 times and it worked finally
