Unable to wake from sleep
Hello, first off thank you for your amazing work. I have installed bazzite on my home theater console and it works really great (apart from the sleep functionality)
So my issue is the following, when going to sleep my fans stop to turn for half a second then start again (GPU rgb does the same) and I am unable to wake the console. Nothing happens when I press the power button. I am then forced to remove the power cord for it to be able to start again.
My specs :
MOBO: Gigabyte A520I AC ITX
CPU: Ryzen 7 5700x
GPU: RX 7800XT (But I tried with 2 others, and same behavior)
I tried to fiddle around in the bios but nothing fixed the issue, so as a last resort I come for your help

I forgot to write it but I am using the
bazzite-deck-gnome imageI'm not sure if it's related but I had the same issue on Rog Ally X. The culprit was a bluetooth controller. I ended up adding a rule that would disable Bluetooth before going to sleep and reenabling it once its awaken. Maybe give the bluetooth a try if you have devices connected.
From my testing, it happened with nothing connected but a usb keyboard

Give it a try with Bluetooth turned off first. If you are able to put it on sleep and wake again then the culprit might be Bluetooth and I can help with the rule, otherwise the rule won't be helpful.
You are talking about udev rules right ? Because I could try things other than bluetooth like all usb ports, etc ...
I don't remember exactly if it was udev rule or a system servive. I don't have the device with me. Again I dont know how helpful this would be to you as my problem was directly related to Bluetooth. Maybe look at the logs via journactl and see if you can notice anything odd in there. I'm no expert at that so can't be of much help.
So I tried with bluetooth disabled, no usb device plugged in and wifi disabled and I still have the same issue
Oh this is likely related to your motherboard
I have a gigabyte motherboard, similar issue. Requires a workaround

Thanks for your help, I tried everything on your reddit post. But nothing worked :/
So I found a way to wake from sleep, unplugging and replugging the power cord really fast. When doing that I can check the logs from
journalctl and the weird thing is that the computer finishes to go to sleep only when the power cord is back in and then proceed to wake up instantly. So basically the sleep is hung until I unplug/replug :/
So I finally tried a different distro with a usb stick and the exacte same thing happens. So the issue is not bazzite related, for disturbing you and thanks for everyone that tried to help me !
