overlay not working in streamlabs
so im using streamlabs desktop and ive linked the url and the border and stuff works but ive linked a number of gifs to pop up as a command but it only works (sometimes) if its my twitch extention overlay and not at all on phones which is why i switched to streamlabs any advice on how to fix this ? i would like to have it all in house sort of speak in streamlabs thank you

I'm confused. Are you streaming with SLOBS and our Twitch Extension?
with slobs but he only way for my commands in chat commands work is with the extention activated like for instance i have a !cheers command that is supposed to have radigast from lotr smoking gif pop up with the extension activated on twitch it works but if its not only my borders recent sub and recent follow and my separate in chat command works i tied the !cheers to stream elements chat bot
If you are using SLOBS, you should add your Overlay Expert overlay with the !cheers gif pop up as a browser source in SLOBS.
so in overlay expert i need to make that a separate overlay in its own and add it independently so each command i do will need its own source ? cause what i currently have is all the pop up subs follow reactions as well as my border and recents in one overlay as one browser source

!cheers command in the browser source in SLOBS?yeah its like only my pop ups arent activating
ive also tryed remaking the whole pop up lol as well as reenter the browser source
Can I see how you've configured the alert? Upload a screenshot of the alert section of the layer settings
You set the slow-mode to 30 sec, so that means you can only activate this once every 30 seconds
I would set slow-mode to 0
That way you can activate it every time

Slow mode is for "public" commands that you don't want your viewers abusing
