I was playing Classic match with my friends when suddenly this notification popped up, i don't know why my account got ban or Temporarily frozen due to abnormalities in emulator for no reasons.

I have been playing on this account since 2019 and I have never cheated. I'm Investigation Corporal in Pubg Mobile. File Claim not work in Bangladesh.
I invest my time and money and why does pubg do this to me.
So Please kindly unban my account and fix this problem.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.

Its telling you on the screen UPDATE your emulator. Then it should work fine
I had Gameloop and game updated. I tried with mobile also same problem.
There is no support for PUBG mobile here?
