10 years ban for no reason
Dear PUBGM customer service,
I got banned for 10 years for no reason, all I ask is to check again the reason I got banned for. I have not used any third party applications or any cheating tools and did not modify any data. i did not violate any rules. Therefore, Kindly please review my data again and if I have committed any violations, I will accept it with open arms. However, i am sure i did not break one single rule.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit....

I made a ticket 3 days ago and it’s still showing me processing. I don’t know why it’s showing this cuz it’s been 3 days now with no response back and I don’t know if they will still reply still but it doesn’t take this long for them to respond to file claim requests. It’s been 3 daysss help please😭
