server showing as offline even though its responding to queries
anyone know why my server is doing this

here is a screenshot of me playing in the sever its not offline so why is battlemetrics saying its offline
doesn't matter the problem seems to have resolved and is now showing as online
@templar Someone claimed the server via RCON,
And it has lost connection/they havn't paid subscription.
When you connect via RCON, Online/offline is gathered via that connection cause its highly more accurate.
I pay for premium I don't miss payments its done by direct debit and as I said it resolved anyway and someone else cant claim my server as they would need the server info (rcon port and password) which they wouldn't have access to as I'm the only server admin there is no other person with access to that information
Server can only be claimed one.
premium isn't RCON.
If it resolved itself, all good.
But next time check your RCON dashboard on BM to make sure the server is online.
