Can Twitch Alerts Be Used In the Overlay for Console?

Yes, you can add them using the browser source widget, but it requires that you stream with OBS.
Oh so if I stream from just my XBox or PS5 it won't show?
Unfortunately no. For security reasons, Twitch does not allow the browser source widget in the extension.
Ok, so are there any Alerts that I can use to display When someone Follows me?
Yes, Overlay Expert supports many alerts, including follows
